3. Booking Conditions

When requesting or confirming a reservation through Triporeal, you agree that:

  • All traveller names, travel dates, destinations, and other booking information must be reviewed carefully before confirmation.
  • Reservations are subject to supplier availability and final approval.
  • Travel prices may change until a reservation has been confirmed and payment has been successfully processed.
  • If an incorrect fare or pricing error occurs due to technical, supplier, or human error, Triporeal reserves the right to cancel the affected booking. Where payment has already been received and the booking cannot be honoured, any amount collected will be refunded.

4. Pricing and Payment

Triporeal strives to display accurate pricing whenever possible. However, travel prices are dynamic and may change based on availability, travel dates, fare class, taxes, exchange rates, and supplier policies.

Before payment is collected, customers will receive a clear summary of:

  • Travel costs
  • Applicable taxes
  • Supplier charges
  • Any optional professional service fees charged by Triporeal (where applicable)

 

Payment is required before reservations can be confirmed. After confirmation, booking documents such as e-tickets, confirmations, or travel vouchers will be issued electronically.

5. Changes, Cancellations and Refunds

All booking changes, cancellations, refunds, credits, and travel modifications are governed by the policies of the respective airline, hotel, or travel supplier.

Triporeal does not establish or control supplier policies but may assist customers in submitting eligible requests where possible.

General guidelines include:

  • Refund eligibility depends entirely on the fare conditions purchased.
  • Some bookings may be non-refundable.
  • Refundable reservations may remain subject to airline penalties, supplier charges, fare differences, or administrative deductions.
  • Certain suppliers may provide travel credit instead of monetary refunds.
  • Processing times vary depending on the supplier and may require several weeks.

 

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee approval or a refund.

6. Professional Service Fees

Triporeal provides optional professional travel assistance.

Certain services, including itinerary planning, reservation changes, booking assistance, or specialised travel support, may include a separate professional service fee.

Where applicable:

  • Service fees will always be disclosed before payment.
  • Service fees are separate from airline or supplier charges.
  • Unless otherwise stated, professional service fees are non-refundable once the requested service has been provided.

7. Traveller Responsibilities

Each traveller is responsible for ensuring that all travel documents and entry requirements are satisfied before departure.

This includes, where applicable:

  • Valid passports
  • Required visas
  • Health documentation
  • Vaccination requirements
  • Entry permits
  • Customs requirements
  • Immigration regulations


Triporeal is not responsible for travel disruptions, denied boarding, or refused entry resulting from incomplete or invalid documentation.

Where permitted by law, Triporeal’s maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid directly to Triporeal for the relevant booking or service.

Customers may also book directly with airlines, hotels, or other travel suppliers through their respective official channels.

Customers who choose Triporeal receive optional travel planning, reservation assistance, itinerary guidance, and personalised customer support.
